Dr (TCM) Attilio D'Alberto comes from a family of Chinese medicine doctors and has been studying and practising acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1999. He is passionate about empowering people with the ancient knowledge of Chinese medicine through knowledge, lifestyle and diet. This knowledge can be used again and again in people's lives and those of their family.
Dr D'Alberto graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. This full time, five year degree program included six months internship at two of the largest hospitals in Beijing, China.
Dr D'Alberto specialises in treating infertility conditions, but can also treat a wide range of other conditions. He practices acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and moxibustion at a selected private clinic in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the ancient healing art of inserting very fine needles into specific points along pathways on the body to activate the Qi (vital energy). The flow of Qi can be disrupted by many ways, i.e. emotions, poor diet, overwork, trauma, stress, etc. Acupuncture acts to restore the natural flow of Qi bringing health back to the body, mind and spirit.
Dr D'Alberto understands that not everyone likes the idea of needles, so he uses the best quality acupuncture needles for a smooth insertion. Alternatively, you can opt for herbal tablets only.
